About Dr. Marei

Dr. Fersan Marei is a General Dentist licensed to practice in Ontario. He holds a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Misr University for Science and Technology in Egypt, completed the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process, and has been registered with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO) since August 2016. Surgical and complex dental extractions have been a central focus of his practice, and he has expanded significantly into implant surgery and related procedures.

His clinical practice focuses on procedures that need careful planning and technical precision, including complicated and surgical extractions, wisdom teeth and other impacted teeth, surgical exposure of teeth for orthodontic treatment, and dental implant placement and restoration for single and multi-unit cases.

Working as a visiting associate with dental clinics, Dr. Marei collaborates closely with referring dentists and clinic teams to integrate efficiently into existing workflows and to keep appropriate cases within the patient’s own dental home.

From 2015 to April 2026, Dr. Marei was a clinical skills instructor at Prep Doctors, and from 2022 he was also Director of Situational Judgement Programs. He helped build the teaching methods many training doctors relied on to prepare for their exams, and adjusted them to fit each person, because no two people prepare the same way.

Over the years, he has developed organized approaches to scheduling, documentation, and performance tracking that allow clinics to run surgical days smoothly while maintaining high standards of patient care.
