Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the clinic scheduling portal located at marei.ca (the "Portal"), operated by Dr. Fersan Marei Dentistry Professional Corporation. By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Portal.

2. Definitions

• "Portal" refers to the web application located at marei.ca, including all features, tools, and services accessible through it.
• "Clinic" refers to any dental practice that registers an account on the Portal to schedule visits with Dr. Marei.
• "User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Portal, including clinic owners, office managers, and staff.
• "Services" refers to the scheduling, production tracking, treatment estimation, and related features provided through the Portal.

3. Account Registration

To use the Portal, clinics must register an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Each clinic is limited to one account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Services

The Portal facilitates scheduling and coordination between Dr. Fersan Marei and registered dental clinics. Dr. Marei is a general dentist who provides oral surgery and implant placement as part of his general dental practice. He is not a specialist. Dr. Marei travels to partner clinics to deliver these services on-site, and the Portal serves as the coordination layer for booking, documentation, and production tracking.

5. Booking & Scheduling

All booking requests submitted through the Portal are subject to Dr. Marei's availability and may be accepted or declined at his sole discretion. Confirmed bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled in accordance with the cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted access to the scheduling system.

6. Financial Terms

Financial arrangements between Dr. Marei and each clinic are governed by the associate percentage agreed upon during the clinic partnership setup. Production and collection amounts are tracked through the Portal. Each clinic is responsible for accurate reporting of collections. Payment terms, including timing and method, are established separately between Dr. Marei and each clinic.

7. Treatment Estimates

Treatment estimates generated through the Portal are provided for informational purposes only and are not guarantees of final fees. Estimates are based on the Ontario Dental Association (ODA) suggested fee guide and the procedures anticipated at the time of estimation. Actual fees may vary based on clinical findings, procedural complexity, and other factors determined during treatment.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and materials on the Portal are the property of Dr. Fersan Marei Dentistry Professional Corporation and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Portal content without prior written consent.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Portal is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Portal, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dr. Fersan Marei Dentistry Professional Corporation and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the Portal. The Portal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Portal after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
